At The Mattress People, we are committed to offering you the best value on quality beds and mattresses. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we’ll do our best to beat it—subject to the terms and conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Price Beat
To qualify for our Price Beat Policy:

The product must be identical (same brand, model, size, specifications, and warranty).

The competing offer must be from a legitimate South African retailer (online or physical store).

The item must be new, in original packaging, and currently in stock with the competitor.

The price comparison applies before purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
2. Proof of Lower Price
A formal written quote or advertisement is required to validate the lower price.

Proof must clearly display the retailer’s name, product details, price, and validity date.

The quote must be emailed to us at
info@themattresspeople.co.za for verification and approval. -
Screenshots, links, or PDFs are acceptable, provided all details are visible and verifiable.
3. Exclusions
Our Price Beat Policy does not apply to:

Clearance sales, liquidation sales, or store-closing sales.

Limited-time promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or flash sales.

Bundled offers, free gifts, vouchers, loyalty rewards, or financing incentives.

Display models, refurbished items, or factory seconds.

Prices from auction sites, marketplaces, or private sellers.
4. Price Beat Approval

All Price Beat requests are subject to verification and approval by The Mattress People.

We reserve the right to decline a request if the competing offer cannot be validated or does not meet our criteria.

Approved Price Beats will be honoured once-off for the quoted item only.
5. Geographic & Delivery Considerations

The competitor must deliver to the same geographic area under comparable delivery terms.

Delivery fees, installation, or additional services may be excluded from the price comparison unless clearly stated in the quote.
6. Policy Changes
The Mattress People reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Price Beat Policy at any time without prior notice.
